Welcome to the Shri Vishwanath P.G.College Kalan-Sultanpur(U.P.)

The Library is located in a two-floor building in the college campus. It has a built-up area of 300 square meters, which includes a well-furnished Reading Room which can be used by approximately Two hundred students at a time. The Library has a collection of more than Fifteen  Thousand (15,000) Text and Reference Books and Back Volumes of reputed journals. Magazines and newspapers in both Hindi and English are available in the Reading Room. The Library is also a member of the N-List program which provides its users access to more than 6000 E-Journals and more than 97000 E-books. The Library also has a well equipped E (electronic)-library section for research scholars and faculty members.

E-Library

The Central Library of the College has E- Library Section for the Research Scholars and the Faculty Members. It is not just as a searching and browsing facility to the learners but we are continuously trying to establish it as an Electronic repository of all the virtual resources required by the learners of the college.

Book Bank

The Central Library of the College also have a book bank for the students of the college. This section also issue Books to the regular Students of the college. Students can consult the assistant Librarian and Book bank assistant for the books they need. There are 100000 books available in the book bank.

Reading Hall

The Central Library of the College has a well furnished reading hall for the learner community of the college. Students and research Scholars can study here peacefully. They can use the study material they need by consulting the assistant and / or making little use of catalog.

For membership of the library, students need to furnish the  following-

• College Identity Card
• Fees Deposit Slip / Receipt
• One passport size photograph
• Contact number(functional mobile number)
• E-mail ID
